Song 67 "Genomophone" (III)

Waddle and Daub – Track 1

“Genomophone” is where we have ended up. The whole thing needed a skip and a presence which came over the phone. (My wife’s idea) The chorus is full of artifacts and artifice which is surprisingly what was intended.

Song 67 "She Walks with Genome" (II)

Waddle and Daub – Track 1

“Waddle and Daub is a related technique to Cob but in this case you add cow manure into the mix and build it around a framework.” – Live deliberately.org

Makes sense to me. “Genome” is full of structure and shit of all kinds. From “This shit is unbelievable” to “Don’t shit were you eat”.

Hushed rumblings implore you not to read between the lines. It is all right there in ones and zeros. The pontiff admits an invincible attraction. The mason who is not afraid of anything admits that he is a little homophobic. The singer admits that all this is a far cry away from decoding a genome. The writer admits that she is he and we are in deed and misdeed walking from heaven to earth whilst holding the warm hands of science.

Song 68 "Windooty" (I)

Waddle and Daub – Track 2

This track gets a bit of Bilhorn and of course Tammy.

Instruments odd disaster came with little warning except the desire to change clothes.

Our Pop Chop continues as we tickle the stars.

Sales Blitz

Juggle that dustspeck!

In a world where brand loyalty is commonplace, one product emerges that you definitely do not need.

((newstereo))

This free music has no inherent value. It is the disc you burned from a friend which has no cover art or credits - a marker scribbled title on a silver disc. It is equally at home in the trash as on the floor of your car. It was not created in the magic kingdom but in the house next door.

What is so special about the house next door?

Legend has it that neighborhoods once were villages where each household opened up wide its color matched smell and space based music.

How does the magic kingdom fit into all this?

Somewhere along the line people became convinced that that which happens here is dull and stagnant when compared to a smart, vibrant, fictional there. Here became somewhere to run away from. There looked better and better because it sported the whitest of whites in teeth and textile. The circus stopped coming to us. We had an inroad to a more colorful big top.

Is it still possible to run away and join the circus?

Yes. Stay at home and click you heels together.

Song 67 "She Walks with Genome" (I)

Waddle and Daub Track 1

Some entries ago I confessed that I was not trying to make music with hidden messages.

When dealing in voices such music may be inevitable.

This album is dedicated to U2, (Whose music I confess I barely know) their take on success and their association with Brian Eno. Some music makes itself available to tackle big ideas. Some songs get caught up in a news swirl. Some sounds combine to become more than the sum of their parts.

Song 66 "Isolated Jane" (IV)

Beat sounds can be on/off by MUTE button – Track 7

Release: “Isolated Jane

“Jane” is a work song written and recorded in the dripping haze of days we in Delaware call summer - an odyssey of block and tickle.

Now onto Waddle and Daub...
